Thanks for inviting the Mighty Mutts to take part in the Grand Opening of your new location. We had a great time... Ripple, the mini, looks great in his modified European cut. Hope and Faith look gorgeous with their basic poodle trims and painted nails. Everyone is ready to have their pictures taken with Santa this weekend. All the testimonials on your website were very true. There was no sulking from the mini, no need to file down nails, the shy toy did not throw up which occurs after she has been over stressed. The all business toy was even prancy when she got home all proud of how she looked.

I just wanted to send a quick note regarding my dog's grooming experience today. I brought my chocolate lab in for the second time (ever) - last time was Dec. '08. She worked with one of your grooming students today, and I am THRILLED with the results... She is gorgeous! Very clean, thoroughly de-haired, so soft and glossy, and extremely content! She's 9 years old and has very sensitive skin, fur, etc., and your staff used wonderful hypo-all. products on her... Totally affordable and well worth it for both of us.

I brought in my two male Miniature American Eskimos ‘Smart & Alec’ last week on Remembrance Day and my husband I couldn’t be more pleased -- it was worth the drive even though our dogs usually get car sick. Ashlee Taylor groomed our dogs and my husband was very, very pleased and he is usually very hard to please. In the past, when we have taken them to ‘other professional groomers’ and when we get them home they are traumatized for a couple days and shed a great deal whenever you pet them and wherever they lay. I have to say that Ashlee did the best job ever….their toe nails were not sharp at all (usually I have to emery board them when they get back from grooming) and even when we pet them, our hands did not have any fur on them – not a single hair- FANTASTIC JOB! (usually when we would pet them after being groomed, lots of hair flew everywhere and our hands would be covered in fur and get in our faces for at least a week after) we noticed that right away and that is AWESOME. VERY GOOD JOB!!!!

I was at your shop yesterday with Jimmy and Floyd the mini schnauzers. Just wanted to thank you again, I am sure they may have been a handful as it was their first cut and a day away from us. My girlfriend Erica has had minis and standards her whole life and was very happy with the cuts.

I just wanted to let you guys know how pleased I was with my cats groom. She was still relaxed, and comfortable when I picked her up (Which I KNOW is hard to accomplish with a cat!) I will definitely be back for more grooms to come with her :-)

We brought our 3-pound Yorkie cross in for a summer cut a couple of weeks ago, and we want to let you know that this is the first time she came back from a groomer happy and not stressed (she is 2 years old).
She was groomed by a groomer-in-training and the cut is beautiful! The detail on and around her ears and face is very good, in proportion with the shorter ‘puppy cut’ on the rest of her body. And the overall cut was not too short; we love that too.

I want you to know that my cat has never looked better or came back from a groomer in a less agitated state. Your people really do have a way with both the animals and the customers. It is hard to come by in the service industry in Alberta currently and I think it should be recognized, valued and commended. So thank you very much for that.

Krista I can't thank you enough for the wonderful treatment you provided Dudley with. My husband and I are very impressed with the quality of grooming. Dudley looks absolutely FABULOUS! Dwayne did a remarkable job and I can't wait to tell all my dog owner friends. Watching the excitement you and Dwayne showed when talking about my Puppy reassured me that I brought him to the best place possible. It was clearly evident that you both are very passionate about what you do.
