When Krista Castellarin relocated to Canada from Las Vegas, Nevada in January 2007, she wanted to purchase some doggy couture sweaters for her freezing Yorkshire Terrier, Gamble. Unfortunately, the selection was limited and what she did find was cheaply made overseas- nothing like what her spoiled pooch was used to. Instead of tolerating what was in the market, Krista set about creating a luxurious boutique with only the finest pet couture and establishing Fabulous Furballs as the first truly high end pet boutique & grooming salon in the Edmonton area.

Fabulous Furballs is the exclusive carrier of doggy couture from Krista’s extensive travels to Europe, Australia, Japan, and the United States. In addition to fabulous, high quality products for you & your pet, Fabulous Furballs is the only salon in Western Canada that requires all pet groomers to be certified through the only licensed grooming vocational school in Western Canada, The Fur Institute.
